Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — Effective May 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions of access and use of the Neobank Loans website and services ("Service"), published by Neobank SAS. Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 1 — Object

Neobank Loans allows any adult resident of France or the EU (the "Customer") to simulate, request and track a consumer, mortgage, auto, student or business loan with Neobank SAS.

The Service is available 24/7 except for force majeure, breakdown, maintenance or technical intervention.

Article 2 — Account creation

Registration is free and subject to prior acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Customer warrants the accuracy of the information provided.

The account is strictly personal. The Customer is solely responsible for the confidentiality of credentials.

At account creation, no amount is paid or held. Balances (current, savings, referral cashback) start at zero euros (€0.00).

Article 3 — Loan application

To submit a loan application, the Customer must be of legal age, have full legal capacity, be tax resident in an authorized country and have a personal bank account in the EEA.

Required documents (valid ID and proof of address less than 3 months old) are mandatory.

Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance. Neobank SAS reserves the right to accept, refuse or request additional items.

Article 4 — Financial conditions

The displayed rates are indicative. The final APR is specified in the prior loan offer.

The Customer benefits from a 14-day cooling-off period for consumer loans, 10 days for mortgages.

A credit commits you and must be repaid.

Article 5 — Referral program

Each active Customer has a unique referral code. When a new Customer ("referee") signs up using this code and obtains an approved loan, the referrer is credited €50.00 cashback per referee.

Cashback is credited automatically and may be used to repay installments.

No cap on the number of referees. Neobank SAS may suspend in case of abuse.

Article 6 — Customer obligations

The Customer agrees to use the Service in compliance with its purpose, legislation and these Terms.

Notably forbidden: providing false information; bypassing security; using for money laundering; distributing illegal content; infringing third-party rights.

Article 7 — Availability

Neobank SAS strives to ensure 24/7 availability but may interrupt the Service for technical or maintenance reasons without liability.

Article 8 — Personal data

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Data are collected for account management, loan processing, anti-fraud, legal obligations (AML, KYC), Service improvement and customer relations.

Data are kept as long as necessary and per legal obligations (5 years for AML).

Article 9 — Intellectual property

All Service elements are protected by copyright, trademark or database rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly forbidden.

Article 10 — Liability

Neobank SAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

Not liable for damages caused by use not compliant with these Terms.

Article 11 — Termination

The Customer may terminate the account anytime. Termination does not release from prior obligations (notably loan repayments).

Neobank SAS may suspend in case of serious breach, after 15-day notice.

Article 12 — Amendments

Neobank SAS may amend these Terms at any time. New Terms apply upon publication. Customers are informed by email at least 30 days before substantial changes.

Article 13 — Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction of Paris courts, except mandatory consumer protection provisions.
